TAPROOM RENTAL

    The Taproom

    Hyperion Brewing Company Taproom and Helios Beer Garden space can be tailored to make any party, celebration or gathering a massive success. 

    Taproom features 15 rotating taps offering everything from dark robust stouts, hoppy IPAs, to refreshing crisp ales and ciders served over a white marble bar top. Our bartenders are happy and eager to answer any questions about beer style, make and taste. Wine enthusiasts will enjoy our ever evolving selection of white, red and rose wines. 

    Local artwork sprawls across the walls, bringing a piece of Springfield’s artistic energy into the Hyperion Taproom. Music plays throughout our Taproom and Helios Beer Garden. We encourage and can help customize a playlist catered to any event. 

    A cozy sofa and leather chairs sit beside two beautiful bay windows perfect for an intimate evening gathering with friends and colleagues. Larger parties have their pick of 5 high tops, each with comfortable cushioned seating, 6 low tops or a combination of the two. Tables can be arranged, set and decorated for any ambiance or theme desired. 

    Two 60” smart TVs with HDMI connections are available for live camera feeds, sports games, slide shows, presentations and movies.

    Helios Beer Garden

    Guests can enjoy the covered patio of the Helios Beer Garden as they sip beer and wine under twinkle lights enjoying the roaring fire of three fire tables. 

    Up to 75 guests can be seated comfortably on our custom Helios beer garden tables seating groups of 2, 4, and 6. High top and low top garden tables are available. 

    You are your guests will have complete privacy in the Helios Beer Garden and can enjoy over 700 square feet of space. Lawn games such as corn hole, giant jenga and disc golf. Have a game you want to bring? We are all ears and ready to make your event everything you want it to be for your guests. 

    A 3x5 Projection screen is available and can be used for presentations, movies, sports games, slide shows, etc. 

    Interested in live music or entertainment at your event? Hyperion Brewing Company can accommodate your entertainment needs. We can also help find the right band, group or solo act to perform for your guests inside the Taproom or in the Helios Beer Garden Patio.

    Private Rental

    $50 per hour (rental for more than 30 guests) Includes access to two 8’ tables and black tablecloths with a private bartender to provide service to you and your guests.

    Food

    Bring your own food, or let us arrange a local catering or food truck to keep your guests appetites satisfied. We can work together on menu options, diet restrictions, pre-paid options and budget. We have a strong list of preferred vendors and restaurants to ensure every guest’s appetite is satisfied.

    Drinks

    Offering a range of pre-paid tab options for beer, wine, soda, water and tea. We are happy to work with you on a plan that works best to ensure your guest have the best time at your event. 

    Option to purchase wooden nickels to distribute to your guests, redeemable for a beer, flight of 3 beers, or glass of wine. Prices for beer, flights, and wine are regularly $6. When you pre-purchase wooden nickels, we will discount $1 off per beverage up to 100 nickels, and $2 off per beverage over 100 nickels. 

    An 18% gratuity (of wooden nickel sales) will be added to the purchase cost of wooden nickels.
